Flexible Engagement Methods
In addition to standard subscription based software products, we offer several flexible ways to engage with us for consulting, data, and IT related projects.
- Consulting Hours
- We work with clients providing consulting hours (blended rates depending on resources needed) to complete assigned projects.
- Fixed Price Range Statement of Work
- We work with clients to define the specific project scope of work and then will offer a priced statement of work with a low and high numbers. We will abide by that range for the final total SOW bill unless new previously unknown information is unearthed or the scope changes at customer direction in which case we will augment the scope and pricing.
- Monthly Set ‘basket of hours’
- In this case, we can sell a pre-set number of hours per month (blended rate) and work on the projects the customer requires.
- Fractional CIO/IT Director packages
- This engagement provides executive technical leadership capability to the organization. In this model, we can provide a set level of interaction and work with leadership, staff, and other contractors to provide IT leadership roles. This could include attending key meetings, corporate strategy, and planning and implementation of project management. In this model, we would negotiate the time and services required and then invoice monthly for that amount. This could also include occasional on-site work as well.
