How it works:

When you engage with us for a Grower pre-sale assessment it will progress through these phases.

Phase

Description

Initiation and Discovery

In this phase we have discovery meetings with the owner to assess their situation, objectives and needs.

Site Visit and Organizational Interviews

After discovery we conduct an on-site visit with a facility walk through, inventory review, interviews of key leaders and meetings with identified key personnel to better understand the business, current state, strengths, etc.

Data Gathering and Analysis

As we gather interview data and other related information from discovery and site visits, we will begin to assess and analyze what we have seen to formulate key themes that coalesce in each area. We will then map those to key owner objectives to build out a high-level list of opportunities and risks.

Report and Review

Once we have gathered and finished our analysis, we will author a report tailored to your situation with our findings, analysis, risks and opportunities and recommended steps to move forward.

Additionally, we will have a review meeting with you review our findings and recommendations.
