How do I determine if I’m a grower that needs Direct To Store (DTS) application?
Direct To Store is a web portal specific to growers that service to the pay-by-scan (PBS) or vendor managed model (VMI) with the retailer.
Why would I want to do use this application if I’m a PBS or VMI vendor?
Visibility of your inventory at the store is crucial. Not only do you need to know what’s in the store, you also need to track what you shipped, what you have sold, and manage your shrink. Direct To Store provides you with all the visibility you’ll need at the store and SKU level in order to replenish your product in the very best location and when.
What is required to use Direct To Store?
Only 3 basic things: 1)Computer 2)Internet Access 3)And a willing team
I already use an accounting system, how will my orders show up?
Direct To Store has the ability to integrate with all accounting systems in order to import delivery data automatically.
I don’t use an accounting system, to create orders. Can I build my loads in Direct To Store?
Yes. We have multiple ways you can build your loads directly in our system in order to display immediately to your stores’ inventory.
When will I see the deliveries into the store details?
This is defined by the Customer depending on their business process. However, most commonly are 3 ways. Real-time (immediately upon marking an order ‘shipped’), at store level the growers driver can ‘drop the load or racks’, or based on the ship date on the delivery order.
How do I know my information is secure?
