Initiation and Discovery

In this phase we have discovery meetings with key executive staff to get an overview of your business and market as you see it, the current state of the business and get some high-level indicators to tailor the more detailed assessment meetings with key personnel.

Organizational Interviews

After discovery we conduct interviews and meetings with identified key personnel and take them through a guided session to more deeply understand their view of the business, strengths, issues, opportunities.

Data Gathering and Analysis

As we gather interview data and other related information from discovery we will begin to assess and analyze to formulate key themes that coalesce in each area.

Report and Review

Once we have gathered and finished our analysis, we will author a report tailored to your situation with our findings, analysis, and recommended steps to move forward. Additionally, we will have a review meeting with your key executives to review our findings and recommendations.
