After 40 years of unwavering service, we are honored to celebrate the retirement of Debra Martin, a cornerstone of the Advanced Grower Solutions family and a true legend in the world of GrowPoint support.
Debra has been a guiding force for our customers, known for her deep knowledge, tenacity, and heart. Over the years, she’s helped countless growers with everything from technical support requests to programming the early versions of payroll and EDI, overseeing year end updates with government reporting, and serving as the GrowPoint Product manager. Her dedication has left an indelible mark on both our product and the people who use it.
Beyond her technical skills, Debra brought a joyful spark to everyone. A devoted fan of John Cleese and Monty Python, she could always be counted on for a good laugh and a quick wit. Her love for Tigger, sheep, and Civil War reenactments made for some of the most memorable office conversations; her joy is contagious.
Debra is not just a brilliant team member; she’s also a loving wife, proud mom of three, grandmother, and someone who lives with a heart full of laughter and kindness. While we know there’s no replacing her vibrant personality or encyclopedic knowledge of GrowPoint, we’re grateful to continue her tradition of excellence. Thanks to our merger with Silver Fern, we have a large team of software support professionals ready to carry the legacy of dedicated, personalized, expert service that Debra championed.
