How long will it take to switch?

For growers already using GrowPoint we can migration your data and have you setup and running in just a few days.

Will GrowPoint Cloud cost too much?

GrowPoint Cloud is priced as a software subscription. You pay based on the server size and configuration (CPU, memory, storage, users, etc.) of the system you need for your specific grower operation. We do not charge large up-front fees to get going with GrowPoint Cloud.

New servers, network switches, uninterruptible power supplies and the service contracts to maintain all of that can run tens of thousands in upfront investment, not to mention the staff to manage, troubleshoot and update. However, a basic GrowPoint Cloud instance can start as low as just over $200 per month (for basic hardware and Microsoft Server fees). Will it work the same way as my local GrowPoint?

Your GrowPoint Cloud instance will work the same way your local GrowPoint does. It is the same program with your data running on a specialized server instance. The login, working screens, data and reporting are all the same.

Will GrowPoint Cloud require special training?

Your staff already knows how to use GrowPoint. It will work the same way in the cloud. We just show them how to login remotely and they are up and running in a few minutes in the same way they are used to. No additional training required.

What if our internet is slow?

GrowPoint Cloud can run well on surprisingly low internet bandwidth. If you are in an area with minimal internet bandwidth available then contact us and we can asses your situation to help you make the right decision.

What if we use QuickBooks?

We have helped several growers move their QuickBooks software to the cloud as well. We can do this for you.
