Our team works with you to define user roles, permissions, and access levels. Once your data is in the new system, you need to maintain it and keep it up to date. If you maintain it in the product we integrate or in our software, then we teach you to update that information. We provide insight into your data, with clear descriptions and definitions.

The data itself is a communication tool, if you see a low or high number, that communicates to you the information you need.

We define the key pieces of data that need to be exchanged with both systems. We validate the data exchange when we process it from your other system during integration set up and continue to validate it during production.
We will host several training sessions to get you and your staff trained. We will screen share with key users and contacts that will be using the system, getting them familiar with the user interface. We have how-to documents for you to reference as you are learning. We will train you to be successful with the new platform.
