Software, like any other tool, is only as useful as the ability of the user to use it properly. At AGS, our goal is to make sure you understand how our products work so that you can use them to effectively and efficiently run your operation better. Using our decades of industry knowledge, we will develop a training plan to make sure your team has the knowledge and understanding of the AGS applications to conduct their daily business more efficiently allowing for more to be done in less time and to utilize your new reports and data analysis.
We know that no two companies are the same, so we tailor the training for your needs. We know people learn in different ways, some people are visual learners and want to see the screen, some people learn by doing and we screen share while they practice navigating the software. While other people prefer to read documentation with instructions. We have a variety of ways to train you.
Your team will receive live one on one training from our reps. You will have a dedicated service rep who will work with you throughout your training and will continue to support you for all interactions thereafter.
You will have one on one interactive training where we will screen share and teach you. You will also have the ability to screen share while we watch and instruct you. Our rep will instruct you by giving you hands-on training and walk you through the training. You will have customer-led training. You will also have a “train the trainer” training where we teach you to train your team. We will supply the tools and documentation to develop the content for you to share with your people. You will have recurrent training based on seasons to relearn topics that you do not perform often.
We input your existing data which helps you navigate the software making it easier to learn because your training will include your data.
We have training videos and documentation that will cover the basics and provide a good resource when you need a refresh about how to perform a task that doesn’t happen often enough to remember how to do it since the last time you did it.
We will provide a slide deck and other visuals to aid you in learning how the automation is working.
We give you a questionnaire for you to send to the people who will be training. We are then able to contact each person individually when they need additional assistance.
